You may be prompted to download the app if you don't have it installed. When you tap a Smartsheet form link on your mobile device you’ll land on the app. You can also open any form attached to a sheet you’re shared to. When you tap a link to a form, you automatically go to the mobile app to fill out the form, and the form appears in the Recents tab of the Home screen so you can access it later.
